Luca, did some major structural work to my 3 bed semi, turned what awkward space I had into a easily workable area, removed a structural wall and professionally fitted an RSJ flush into the supporting walls, worked his magic in supporting the staircase from the joists above and also removed an unwanted support beam in the middle of the e! ntrance as well as the chimney breast from both floors.
